A 1.5-ton floor jack is not adequate for most full-size trucks and SUVs; check the vehicle's actual curb weight and the jack's rated capacity before buying. Torque wrenches should be chosen by the range you will actually use (lug nuts and small engine work need different ranges) and recalibrated or at least zeroed after drops.

Load ratings on jacks, jack stands and torque wrenches are checked against the manufacturer's own documentation, and a recommendation is held back rather than guessed at when that rating cannot be confirmed.
